Plants and an old door guard the entrance to this place of simple pleasures harkening back to old times.
Once you enter the doorway, you'll be faced with a narrow hallway lined with antiques.
Opening up to a large dining area decorated with more antiques and eclectic array of chairs and tables highlighted by disco balls in the nipa ceiling. Pipe in music with the likes of "Bahay Kubo" , "Leron Leron Sinta" and other classic Filipino songs sets the mood.

We had 3 bottles of Coke Zero to go with our meal. This is my first time to see and drink Coke Zero in bottle form and I was amused to see two different labels, one colored and one black and white label.

| Iced Banana w/o Milk |
To round off the meal, who can resist dessert, Irene had her favorite Halo-Halo and I had Iced Banana. This is the same iced banana they served in sister restaurant, Cafe Juanita. You might notice that my iced banana does not have milk, I like the taste just as it is.
It was a great lunch with my wife. It's my first time to be in this place, Irene usually takes out food when she does not want to cook lunch at home. I suggest you try this place out for wonderful food at reasonable prices. Just don't expect the serving to be at par with the pricier Cafe Juanita. Imagine we had all that food and had two turon for take out for just P350.
