I love eating snacks while watching movies and tv shows at home. That's why on a recent shopping trip to S & R, I found an interesting snack, these chips caught my eye displayed near the Tostitios racks. The packaging was an eye catching bright green. The nice pictures and interesting flavor combination was too irresistible for me.
Opening up the bag, the whiff of lime flavor permeates the nose. I admit I'm not really a fan of potato chips, I'm more of a corn or rice based snack person but these are really good. Every chip has a nice crunch and is fully coated with flavor.
After reading the back, I found out that its locally distributed by Pepsico, so it is available in most supermarkets. I saw them in Pioneer and SM supermarkets already, although the price difference was staggering, SM is more than 5% more expensive.

woah so its really Cheaper in S&R? or is that only applicable to Local Products?

ReplyDeleteActually a lot of stuff are cheaper in S&R especially Frito Lay brands but I've found Red Rock cheaper in Pioneer supermarket

ReplyDeleteToo bad we still don't have the Red Rock cooked with Olive Oil in Sea Salt and Rosemary flavor here in Manila. Ate so much of it in Australia 2 years ago.
