Do you dream of a place where desserts of all kinds are under one roof, no need to anymore since you will find it at Parvati.in Trinoma. The owners have already assembled a total of 51 products from home baked desserts for consumers to choose from.They have given home bakers a solution to the logistical problem of getting the products to their customers. Customers are now also able to choose from an array of desserts that would otherwise not be available to them through a single home baker.
To be honest I did not expect the sheer number of desserts they had laid out for us to try out. When we arrived, there were already a few plates of chocolate based desserts, not being a fan I instead zeroed in on Frozen Brazo Mercedes, a sinful concoction dessert, dieters may well have to stay away
Mochi Ice Cream was very good, I liked the chewy mochi although I wished they had used better strawberry ice cream, perhaps from FIC.
Pistachio Sans Rival was full of crunchy meringue and abundant pistachio nuts on top and pistachio cream all over.
Coffee Indulgence, cappuccino cheesecake
Creme Caramel Bread Pudding - I loved this very much, tasted more like a creamy leche flan, very smooth that I could not really detect the bread pudding.
Caramel Bars, tasted like a butter brownie with cashew on top giving it a nice nutty crunch.
Triple Decker Chocolate Cheesecake. This is Parvati's bestseller so I had to try it even if it was a chocolate based dessert. I liked the bottom layer which had the consistency and taste of a brownie, but I found the top layer too rich for me. The cheesecake sandwiched in the middle had a nice salty taste that was a great foil to the sweetness of the chocolate.
I loved how Parvati gives each home baker a cubicle for their products and the beautiful way their show them thru nice pictures. For dessert lovers, there's no need to go around the metro picking up stuff from different home bakers for your sweet cravings. So go and check Parvati out in Trinoma and indulge yourselves.
