Manila's Signature Dishes 2010 : Red Crab Alimango House

Red Crab Alimango House's contribution to Manila's Signature Dishes 2010 was prepared by Chef Arman Alvarex who has over 30 years experience in the food industry. Their set highlights the seafood specialties of the restaurant and is a feast meant for sharing.

Crab Relleno Salad. Not quite the crab relleno(stuffed crab) you would expect, its present more like a salad with crab cakes on top drizzled with dressing over fresh greens. The crab cakes were quite tasty.

King Seafood Platter. Its  a big plate of perfectly grilled seafood and is served with 8 sauces for your dipping choices. The order is really meant for sharing among 2 to 3 people. It contains shrimps, mussels, crabs, clams, dory, tilapia , snapper, and lato (fresh seaweed), all perfectly grilled.

Crème Brûlée. I like the creamy texture of the custard but this one did  not have as much burnt sugar as usual, so better for me.
