I got a chance to view the new changes at Fersal Hotel, Neptue Branch, which recently completed a major facelift. Since 1994, Fersal Hotels have been providing travelers the comforts of home right in the heart of the city. The homey and family friendly atmosphere has ensured its endearing popularity with a wide range of clients from balikbayans, to families and also businesspeople.
The hotel check in area was clean, clutter free and tastefully decorated. Pay close attention and you can see the cute little ornaments that they gave out to all the people who checked in during the holidays.
I also got to peek into their Deluxe room, which was recently upgraded with hotel quality mattresses, imported sheets. ergonomic pillows and LCD TV’s. WiFi, mineral water, coffee and tea are complimentary in every room. This room had a nice cozy feel with its big, comfortable bed as well as a nice lounge chair and foot stool to relax.
Another good thing with their rooms is that every room night you pay is good for 24 hours from the time you check in. What ever time you check in, its 24 hours after that before you are required to check out. Its something unique and really good value for money.
Each room is also provided with 2 breakfast coupons regardless of number of occupants. The breakfast coupon can be availed anytime of the day, or until their resident restaurant, Inn Cafe closes. single occupants can thus eat two meals at which ever time he/she chooses.
The other room I got a peek into was a Deluxe Double (P2,200) room, with two beds. Amenities are virtually the same for both rooms.
The Inn Cafe is the restaurant that serves the dining needs of Fersal Hotel guests. I was actually surprised that they served good food and also accept take out packs and caterings. Some of their more popular dishes like the Sisig and Morcon above are from old family recipes of the owners. The sisig was meatier than usual but also quite spicy while the morcon was tender and had a nice tangy tomato taste.
Arguably their most popular dish is their Creamy Cheesy Lasagna, which at one point in time was even sold at Mercato. The lasagna had lots of beef and cheese filling as well as a surprise at the bottom courtesy of the eggplant making the dish reminiscent of eggplant parmigiana.
I’m going to giveaway (1) one overnight stay at any Fersal Hotel of your choice so you can experience the brand new look and comfort. This overnight stay is good for (2) two people and includes complimentary breakfast.
