About

My name is Richard Co aka Tales From The Tummy and I’m a blogger, gamer, gadget lover and photographer.

I used to own a coffee shop and invited a number of bloggers to try the place out. These bloggers eventually became friends and then we started going out to food trips. During our chats they encouraged me to start blogging also, but I was hesitant as I knew nothing about it. They told me that it was easy and they would guide me along the way. This was way back in May,2010, and as gthey say the rest is history.

I love eating and shopping for food so my blog started out as mostly about food but has morphed to include travel adventures with friends and family mostly those that are child friendly as well as gadgets and the like since who does not like gadgets.

I was the Nuffnang Blogger of the Month in  November 2011.

I receive invites from restaurants and as well as sample products. The complimentary nature of these does do not ensure a favorable review. Rest assured, if I don’t like the product, I will never say I love it.

For restaurants that are not on my blog, its either I have not tried it yet or the experience was not favorable. It takes a certain amount of work and time so I would rather be positive rather than expend energy in creating a negative post.
