We were in Alabang last week for a staycation courtesy of my super friend, Jane (Sugar & Spice and Everything Nice). They were quite a number of us so we were staying two sister hotels, The Bellevue Manila Hotel and B Hotel Alabang. The B Hotel Alabang is a business hotel located at the Madrigal Business Park focused on what is important for its guests, location and Wi-Fi.
They facade of the hotel looks pretty nice and modern with plentiful parking spaces in the basement.
The lobby and check in area are quite spacious with the high ceilings letting in a lot of light.
We were supposed to do a little tour of B Hotel Alabang but they were fully booked that weekend so we invaded one of our friends room to take a little peek.
They were billeted in a penthouse suite so up we went. I was quite surprised at the spaciousness of the hallways when the elevator doors opened. The floor were carpeted with a cool and eye catching pattern and there were even potted plants to give a touch of green.
Nice touch with the bright abstract painting and security camera by the entrance.
The penthouse has a small dining and kitchen area which you can see as you enter the room.
There’s an induction cooker with range hood as well as a small microwave for those popcorn cravings.
There’s also a small ref as well as tea and coffee service in addition to the complimentary bottled water.
The living room area has a three seater sofa with a arm chair and ottoman plus a mounted LCD TV on the wall. The area is quite spacious, we should know since a number of us invaded the room.
For the master’s room, you can specify if you like a king sized bed or two twin beds.
There’s a LCD TV mounted on the wall above a table area perfect for your laptop and other gadgets and knickknacks. The living room and master’s bedroom both have balconies but they are permanently locked because of a city ordinance to avoid any untoward incidences.
The toilet area even has a bath tub although there was no separate shower area. They even provide a whole set of toiletries.
The only other room class in the hotel is the Standard Room, which lacks the living room
B Hotel Alabang’s all day dining area called the Prime Cafe, it is located beside the lobby and shares the same high ceilings and big windows. We tried out their lunch buffet which they do on Friday only. It’s not a big spread but covers the basics of appetizers, salads, soup, a couple of main courses and even a number of desserts.
The dishes I enjoyed from the buffet are the Pork Belly, creamy sisig, the sinigang and the chicken rice.
The fact that B Hotel Alabang is fully booked means they are doing something right. Facilities are nicely appointed and well maintained. Location is excellent with Molito and Alabang Town Center an easy 5 minute walk away.
Next time you are looking for a business hotel in Alabang, make B Hotel Alabang your choice.
