Bono Artisanal Gelato Offers New Low Sugar Flavors

July 29, 2015 by Richard

Bono Artisanal Gelato, the premier gelato chain in the Philippines has released a new line of low sugar offerings. They have introduced 3 new flavors that will be available in all Bono Gelato branches that use a plant based sugar substitute that has a low glycemic index. I had a chance to sample all 3 flavors and enjoyed them all.

Bono Gelato Low Sugar Cappuccino

The Cappuccino is the only low sugar gelato that was brought back from their initial line. Strong coffee gelato peppered with locally sourced cacao nibs. This will satisfy your caffeine and gelato cravings all in one go.

Bono Gelato Low Sugar Double Chocolate

Double Chocolate. This chocolate gelato has more chocolate by way of chocolate shavings mixed into it. Chocoholics rejoice.

Bono Gelato Low Sugar Blueberry

Blueberry. This was my favorite, made simply from blast frozen California blueberries and milk, nothing more, nothing less. I predict this one will be a favorite. I’ll definitely be back for this paired with my all time fave, pistachio.

So head on over to any of the Bono Artisanal Gelato branches and get your fill of the new low sugar gelato flavors. What’s your fave among the three?

Bono Artisanal Gelato

Branches:
SM Aura, Podium, SM MOA, SM Mega Fashion Hall, SM Makati (soon to reopen)

Wow, all new flavors! I’ve been trying to make ice cream at home for the past few weeks, and it’s been good to me so far. I’ll sample these flavors and try to make them at home.

    Thanks for sharing Richard!

All of them look really yummy! Although, I’m a chocolate lover, I am more excited to try the blueberry flavor. Do you know the price of each?

      I’m not sure if it’s 150 or 180.
