Dessert Jars are all in one desserts you can just spoon out. They come in pretty packaging and would make excellent gifts this Christmas season. They come in five variants namely Green Tea Chocolate Mousse, Orange Chocolate Mousse, Mocha Mousse, Lady Finger Trifle and Peanut Butter and Oreo Cheesecake.

The packaging was so nice that I enjoyed shooting them adding some of Lauren’s craft things.

Each of the jars comes with a gingham cover held together by a cloth string with a pretty variant tag and a wooden spoon. The entire packaging is nicely put together you’d be hard-pressed to ruin it but to get to the dessert you must.

Pop open the spoon and start scooping away. Some of the variants are laid out in layers so you’d better dig down to get everything in one scoop. That is both exciting and sometimes frustrating if you don’t get it right.

My favorites are the Green Tea White Chocolate Mousse and the Lady Finger Trifle. I was surprised I loved the green tea mousse, probably because of the added dimension of the white chocolate and the blueberry topping. The lady finger was a joy to eat, its equal parts creamy and soft biscuits. These are so good you’d really force yourself to stop eating.
