Japanese Nights at Spectrum

I’ve always loved the Japanese station at Spectrum in Fairmont Makati with their well interesting maki rolls and fresh sashimi selection. They have amped that up with their Japanese nights that happens every Wednesday. The buffet is priced at P2,600 net per person but if you have a BDO credit card, you can get 50% with a minimum of 2 dines to a max of 15.

They’ve added a lot of Japanese stations throughout the whole buffet spread in addition to their usual sushi and sashimi offerings.

If you like noodles, they have cold and hot options. Cold soba (buckwheat or green tea) with your preference of toppings and sauce. For hot noodles, a chef will prepare it on the spot with your choice of toppings.

Sticks, sticks and more sticks of meat, seafood and vegetables to be enjoyed in 3 ways, as kushikatsu, teppan or yakitori.

They still have their wonderful Chinese and Filipino stations as well as make your own pasta as well as a number of appetizer and main dishes if you want to change up your plates.
