This recipe was first cooked by Carlos during The Foodie Club’s summer outing, but he used large prawns then. Ingredients:
- 1/4 kilo shrimps
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 5 Cloves well pounded garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Melt butter in pan
- Saute garlic until light brown
- Add sugar
- Remove the garlic butter mixture from the pan
- Saute shrimp then add salt and pepper to taste
- Add back the garlic butter mixture
- Simmer until shrimps are cooked
- Stir continuously to avoid burning/overcooking
