Max’s Restaurant initial promo for the new year is the Max’s Crispy Pata Feast. The feast does not contain any new dishes instead it is a combination of Max’s other favorites at a discounted price as a way for the company to say thank you to its customers. The Crispy Pata Feast is priced at P865, a savings of more than P300 and is available from January 20, 2011 to February 20,2011 for dine in and take out only.
I have to admit that I’ve never tasted all the items in the crispy pata feast since the thing I go to Max’s for is the chicken. The feast is intended to be shared among 4 people.
The components of the Crispy Pata Feast
- Bangus Belly Sinigang
- Large Crispy Pata
- 4 cups of White Rice
- 4 Glasses of Pepsi
- 4 servings of Buko Pandan
Bangus Belly Sinigang. There are exactly 4 pieces of bangus belly, the best part of the fish. I’m not really a fan of sinigang but Max’s gets the sourness just right for my tastebuds.
Crispy Pata Large. I love the crispness of the skin as well as the flavorful meat inside. They have also sliced it into 4 pieces when they served it with the dipping sauce that you can make according to your taste with separate onions and chili. I ate just a little of this since I’m starting to eat less.
Buko Pandan. Whats a great meal without dessert, the buko pandan is just perfectly sweet to remove the meaty taste in your mouth from all that crispy pata.
This is perfect for the barkada of ravenous carnivores, just order extra rice.
