Hidden among the multitude of fast food outlets in the food court of Robinson’s Galleria is Ravioli, serving fresh pasta. The first time I ate here years before, they were even making the pasta on site. Now they are making them off site since they have other branches already.
Ravioli is filling sealed inside two thin layers of pasta. It is unusual to find places that serve ravioli, even Cibo does not have them. So when Irene was craving for Ravioli, we went off to Galleria to get our favorite Chorizo and Tomato Ravioli. You can see them cook the pasta while waiting at the counter. They finish the dish off with cream and chopped parsley giving the dish a nice dash of color.
The ravioli is nicely al dente, every bite has an ample taste of the chorizo filling. The cream topping serves to thicken the sauce a bit as well as giving a nice contrast to sweet-tart taste of the tomatoes. The garlic bread accompanying the pasta was forgettable, it was not crispy at all.
