Spectrum at Fairmont Makati is one of the buffets that I really enjoy. They’ve got a nice selection that does not overwhelm your senses yet still over a lot of finds even if you visit for the umpteenth time. This time around they are bringing the farm fun to your Sunday brunch experience.
I always start my meal at Spectrum with a visit to their sushi and sashimi station. I’ve sung it so much praise that it’s getting repetitive, just read it from my other posts about Spectrum or you can just trust me to tell you to make it your first stop.
