Sage Bespoke Grill beefs up it’s Sunday Grill Buffet with more choices and dishes based around it’s highly prized Josper grill. This brunch service is for those who find Circles too chaotic but still crave quality. The Sunday Grill Buffet is priced at P2,650++ per person and is served from 11 am to 2pm.
I suggest starting off with a plate of cheese and charcuterie, there’s a good amount of items to choose from including freshly sliced jamon.
Some of the prepared salads and appetizers included the excellent avocado and prawn salad, refreshing watermelon salad and the meaty beef carpaccio.
If you want something a little different from the prepared salad, head on over to the Caesar Salad station. The chefs prepares it upon order and finishes it inside a Parmesan cheese wheel.
Directly beside the Caesar salad station is the fresh beef tartare station. You can select the herbs, spices and other ingredients that go into your tartare or just leave it to the expert.

Cold seafood choices aplenty, you can select from crabs, Boston lobster tails, oysters, clams and mussels. Just a spritz of lemon or a little cocktail sauce and I was happily devouring each one.
I finished off a couple of plates of shellfish but could not resist getting the beautiful smoked salmon as well as the flavorful scallop ceviche.
Get a bowl of warm Lobster bisque, a steakhouse staple, before starting on the mains.
The centerpiece of the spread is the unlimited quantities of Josper grilled Tomahawk and rib-eye steaks. You can quench your steak and potatoes dreams or just dabble here and there. The tomahawk may bring the oohs and ahhs but I’ll take the rib eye every time.
Diners also get to select one dish served cocotte from the kitchen. I recommend the scallop and clam risotto with leeks and champagne sauce.
Servers will go around each table offering grilled skewers of fish, bacon wrapped chicken, Cajun shrimps and other smoky delights.
My only observation is the lack of dessert options with a lone choice of crepes flambe. Some cut fruits would give people another option especially those looking for a lighter finish to the sumptuous meal.
Overall, the Sunday Grill Buffet is a great deal with enough choices to keep you thinking what to have but still maintaining the high quality one has come to expect at Sage Bespoke Grill.

I should have read your post before going there. I didn’t even get to taste their charcuterie, their salads which all look nice and the cold seafood, I really thought they need to be grilled. So from the boondocks. But I enjoyed their grilled offerings especially their lobster tails which unfortunately is not unlimited. I availed of the BDO card promo of 50% off on their lunch daily. I think the promo is still ongoing.
set another date to go back.
