The Breadery is located in the ground floor of Emerald Mansion on Emerald Ave., across the small park with a CBTL. I first found out about them during the Best Food Forward bazaar in Rockwell last October. I was manning the Indulgence by Irene booth and tried out their bread while on a break.
A couple of weeks ago I finally got to visit their new store a few minutes away from our place. It was a weekday afternoon so I was glad Irene dropped me off so I did not have to deal with parking.
Once you enter the Breadery, you’ll notice all their freshly baked breads laid out on a large wooden table. Each one is labeled properly and the staff is very knowledgeable in explaining what each one is.
The best thing about the breads is that they provide bite sized samples of each one on display. You can actually try a piece of each and every bread and pastry they have.
All the bread is baked on the premises so you get the tempting aroma when a batch comes out of the oven. One thing that differentiates breads at the Breadery is their use of live yeast which has lots of health benefits but harder to make hence the higher costs.
My top picks at the Breadery are the Canele (P75), Earl Grey Bread (P120), Blue Mountain Coffee Chocolate (P160) and BC Cranberry. The canele is a little French pastry with a soft custard like center and a caramelized crust.
They also have a coffee bar on the premises using beans from a roaster in Seattle.
Their specialty is their cold brew coffee, you can have it will milk or just straight out of the cute little bottle.
The Breadery is also a great place to have a light lunch or an afternoon snack. They have a sandwich and coffee/drink combo for only P220, P180 sans the drink.
Prices at the Breadery are on the high side but the bread is delicious and made from carefully selected quality ingredients.

I have been a customer since you were open your shop.
I have invited few friends to try and they’ve liked your product.
They actually buy in thousands to take the stuff home back in their province.
They took their families and friends as well and everyone enjoyed your products.
Of which they recommended you shop to few of their friends.
A couple of nights and my friends made few comments about one of the waiter that was rude.
And not only one person, even myself who in fact a regular customer was not happy.
They play the music so loud and as you know we decided to stay and eat and drink there discussing important issues about our business transactions.
I just feel you have to know ( manager) its such a pity to loose a good clientele because of one person that should not be on these type of work/field. I have a restaurant myself and ALWAYS, THEY HAVE TO SMILE AND GREET THE CUSTOMER. AND NOT A RUDE LOOK BIG FACE TO WELCOME YOU IN.??????? The girls are great i may add though.
Its not easy to work in a hot environment, I understand, but that should not be the reason why these personality would ruin a good business like yours.
your comment will be better put in The Breadery’s Facebook or Instagram sites since we are not affiliated with them.
